Our community is committed to being a smoke and drug-free community. Fines for smoking at or within 25 ft of our community are $500 per instance.
We also cats and dogs at both of our properties. There is a $35 monthly pet rent and a one-time fully refundable $300 pet deposit. Service and assistance animals are allowed free of charge and all residents are required to fill out a Prescreening profile regardless of pet status. All animals present on site must have a submitted photo and copies of up-to-date vaccines prior to being approved.
