Really good location especially if you’re a business major! There is poor wifi but good living space. pleasantly surprised when I moved in. Wish the 2 bedrooms each had own private bathroom instead of a shared one
I love living here and how secure the building is! i love that the parking lot is private and well-lit as well. The updated interior is perfect, my only concern and reason for the 4 stars would be the noise! I feel like there’s yelling all night, every night. I can hear the noise so clearly and that can just bother me sometimes!
I appreciate the free amenities from the coffee corner in the basement, the grab and go breakfasts, the relaxation station to the insomnia cookies and community activities like plant potting. In my apartment I love the washer and dryer, the fobs system and proximity to CSU campus. However, the parking waitlist, maintenance requests and pet addendum processes could all be improved.
The location is great and the space is very good for what you pay for. I like the in-unit washer and dryer. I wish there were more amenities.
So far this has been a great place to live! My roommate and I had some issues with our washer machine when we first moved in, but maintenance took care of it so quickly! They ended up giving us a brand new washer. Already renewed my lease for next year.
Great place to live, so many benefits and the location is great!! The WiFi is really bad however, but the individuals who work here strive to deliver the best service.
Moving into this facility was a streamed line process. The people that run the building are helpful and easy to talk to. The people in the leasing office are a huge help and a valuable recourse for anyone.
I enjoy the apartment and how close to campus it is my only problem is with the inconsistency of the WIFI and the WIFI connection. This is my only problem with the apartment.
Pura Vida is very close to campus, main reason why I chose this apartment complex as I am in the School of Business. It is also very nice and new. Couldn't ask for much more!
I have loved living here mostly because of location and quiet facility. I do think Pura Vida doesn't get all the same perks as other Lokal location though.
it has been a good experience and I love living here. The apartment is nice and big and plenty of room for my roommates and I. we all love having our own bathrooms too
overall good but wifi, air conditioning, and maintenance have room for a lot of improvement. the location of the building is what makes it so good.
I have loved my time living at pura vida. My roommates and I have had minimal problems with our apartment and the location can’t be beat. And with the price of rent this place is a steal. We already renewed for next year
nice appartment for the price, good amenities, greta location. the staff has been rude to my roommates and i every time we’ve asked a question
I really appreciate how clean the building always is inside and out. I like the feeling of security I get from living here and I appreciate how attentive and willing to help the staff always are.
overall a pleasant experience. quite affordable compared to many similar nearby apartment complexes, and many options for comfort are offered- just wish there was more accessible resident support, especially on weekends
Very clean and comfortable living. Very close to campus and makes life more efficient. Rooms tend to be fairly sound resistant as well, keeping neighbors seemingly quiet.
It has been a nice place to live and it is close to campus. Also it is pretty close to some good restaurants down the street and you can also walk to old Town.
The experience has been really great! I live with one roommate now and next year I am considering living here on my own in a one bedroom apartment!
Great apartments. The hallways smell weird almost everyday which sucks. Overall a nice place to live. The bathroom is nice and the kitchen is cool.
There were fishhooks in my carpet and broken pieces when I moved in. Our washer and dryer have not worked properly. The unit is nice, just wish it was in decent condition when we moved in.
Love it! Just wish Pura Vida had communicated with us better about things like wifi, trash disposal, etc. before we had to call them about it.
The staff is great! Easy communication and also all the posters for events or reminders are amazing! I really enjoyed the raw week for midterms. It’s an amazing living here
I love this apartment complex, everyone who lives here is very friendly and it’s so close to campus which is great! I also love that management puts on events which I think is so fun. This doesn’t really have anything to do with the community, but my only issue with Pura Vida would be the wifi, it crashes a lot and doesn’t work very well and it’s frustrating! But other than this, living here has been great
overall I like living at pura vida but the overall quality of the apartment could be improved. I like the entry scan as a added bonus for security and the lighted fenced in parking lot.
While the building, location, and sponsored events are great. I have not had the best experience with management. They seem to just want money, not a community that promotes clean and comfortable living spaces.
Generally Pura Vida has been pretty good with some exceptions. There was some important information that I wasn't given at the beginning of the year, such as where to take out the trash, or any of the information about the wifi. The wifi continues to be bad at my apartment, despite promises made on the website. However, it is close to campus and everything so far has worked or been fixed in a timely manner.
Overall the apartment complex is very nice and I have already referred it to many friends. The proximity to campus is the biggest selling point. The biggest gripes were that the internet is horrible and there is no guest parking at all.
Scott Bayliff ..
I felt like the previous management was more attentive and able detailed oriented upon move in in terms of cleaning and requirements. Maintenance is still very on top of it completing all requests in a timely manner. Dog policy is a bit of an annoyance considering they were previously not permitted and there are no regulations for barking animals in foco. Overall I have had minimal issues but other community members have had circumstances that make me cringe.
Enjoy the location and amenities offered. However the wifi is awful and there should be an option to opt out of paying for it in order to pay for your own wifi.
It's a great place to live! Quite and clean. Also everyone around respects you and don't play loud obnoxious music. The staff are great and super helpful.
Very nice building, wonderful location. The biggest thing that bothers me is the incredible expensive parking passes (60 per month) and the office in building that used to be staffed but is no longer. It was super nice for asking them questions.
I like the community, it does a good job with keeping clean and provides a very safe living area. However the Pura Vida has terrible internet. At least once, more often multiple times a week the internet goes down which causes many problems for me and my roommates because we are students.
Great, It is nice that the community gives points for being apart of it. However, it is interesting to see if people only do it for the points.
I like the new management at Pura Vida. Overall a really nice experience. The rent is a bit high though for what your getting. If they added some more to the basement lounge area it would be great.
I have so far had quite the pleasant experience at Pura Vida! Every time we put in a work order, it is fulfilled VERY quickly (usually within the first day). The facility and the entire complex are just very clean and super nice. And the new owners are awesome :)
I very much enjoy living here. The apartment is very close to Old Town as well as Colorado State University, which is very convenient. The amenities are very nice.
Transition to new owners has been good. They are very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment complex is kept clean and maintained. Could become a bit noisy when students come back from breaks or after testing weeks, but not terrible.
I think you are doing a wonderful job. I always am able to contact someone if I need anything. This makes it really helpful that you all know how to answer my questions. The property management and tenant relationship is the best I have had in Fort Collins.
Pretty good, the walls are thin and the wifi isn't great thouh. Maintenance took a long time to respond. Amenities are good and the furnishings are good
Pura Vida is an incredible community and not to mention the convenient location if you are a student at CSU! Floor plans and units are fairly current and everything is in great shape. Maintenance and service is very good and management is flexible and responsive!
This is my second year living at Pura Vida and it is pretty alright. The location is great for school, since is right across the street from CSU.
I really enjoy living at Pura Vida Place, but it is a bit too expensive for me at the time, so I am currently looking for a subleaser. The location is great and I enjoy everything about the building, I just cannot afford it.
Love the apartment complex. Ideal location for business majors because the college of business is right across the street. Nice appliances and the elevator definitely comes in handy. Only issue is the smokers smoke right outside my apt and the smell gets in so so i can't leave windows open . If they smoke where the benches are then it doesn't bother me.
I have throughly enjoyed living at Pura Vida. The management change was easy and painless, and the new management is friendly and helpful. My roommates and I are very pleased with everything at Pura Vida.
The location and community here is great. I am pleasantly pleased with the amenities and quality of the kitchen. I also like that there is a bathroom in all of the rooms
Very good service. Just internet is sometimes slow. They offer very good nice department and there is some one who will clean the corridor everyday
